Who we are

Impssbl is a storytech company creating the stories of the next one hundred years through AI and blockchain. We are a hybrid between a software house and a production company, born with the mission of supercharging creativity.

We have two main divisions: Storytools and Original Stories. In our Storytools division we build platforms whose goal is to improve the way in which traditional stories are made, targeting writers and scriptwriters globally. From an AI-driven platform to scout the next best-seller, to an AI-powered and blockchain-enhanced editor that gives you the superpowers of a research team when writing your novel. Original Stories is our production branch, that serves to create our own, studio-led stories, as well as to purchase other stories in the open market and accelerate them digitally, while at the same time expanding them (i.e. a novel being developed into a series or videogame).

We believe that technology has yet a lot to prove in the field of creating, distributing and monetizing stories. We didn’t want to write a story. We wanted to change the way in which every story is written.

Want to shape the future of stories with AI?

We are looking for an outstanding Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop end-to-end solutions from POC to a production-ready solutions. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining the ML/AI solution behind the platform and focusing on the business outcome to improve our products.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies like machine learning and AI with a significant focus on NLP.

Responsibilities:

• Design and own the development of the state-of-the-art ML pipeline to retrieve and preprocess data, extract features, train and deploy models at scale.
• Contribute to the design and development of ML pipeline to preprocess data, extract features, train and deploy models at scale.
• Propose and implement appropriate evaluation metrics to evaluate models.
• Continuously keep researching and being up to date on the latest research in AI & NLP.
• Lead the development of various modules in the ML pipeline.
• Contribute and evolve the roadmap for Data Science features.

About you; You are:

• 3+ years of experience building ML and Data pipeline architectures.
• 2+ years of background in AI, NLP, and Machine Learning.
• Strong knowledge of python (sklearn).
• Strong knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (unstructured data will be your daily bread).
• Experience delivering successful software projects from concept to production.
• Strong experience in data structures and algorithms.
• Good knowledge of a cloud provider (aws, gcp).
• Ph.D. or advanced degree in NLP or a related field.

• Love writing fiction or non-fiction or creating art, and are immersed in these communities.
• Curious or have tinkered with blockchain technologies and web3.
• Familiarity building text-editing and image apps.
